Lessening the Impact of Crypto Influencers
The influence of “Crypto Influencers” on platforms like Twitter, who can lead a token to its peak or drive it spiraling downwards through their endorsements, is an aspect of the market that we aim to greatly lessen. While their influence can significantly impact a token's growth, they often use their status for personal gain, immediately selling the tokens they are given which can be detrimental to the project.
Argus addresses this issue with a novel feature that tracks influencer activities within the market. We are developing a comprehensive database of influencer wallets which are, for now, manually researched and categorized. This database will be incorporated into our platform, enabling users to see the number of influencer wallets involved in a token, which of them are in, when their posts about the token were made and how profitable they currently are. With this data, users can assess the credibility of influencers who are in a token and determine whether their involvement indicates a promising future or potential downfall for the project. Most notably, this feature enables users to distinguish whether a token is genuinely promising or just has artificial hype.
